Full Potential Academy LLC was created through the vision of two men that have a passion for teaching, love for the game of basketball and a heart for working with kids.  Charles "Butch" Johnson and Devone Williams have spent years coaching girls basketball in the Washington, DC metropolitian area and have built many meaningful relationships with current players, coaches and parents through coaching.

Full Potential Academy LLC is a for-profit company that is currently based in Waldorf, MD but currently trains the majority of its clients in the Prince George's County area.  The company's vision includes having its own training facility in a central location that is convenient for all in the metropolitian area, state of the art training equipment, a weight room, a waiting area with concessions and a full size play area for the younger siblings.  The vision also includes providing academic support for student athletes in the form of SAT prep courses, after school tutoring and mentoring programs.

Our training philosophy is "hard work plus dedication equals results".  With this philosophy in mind we have created some of the most intense and rigorous training sessions in the area that incorporates balance, plyometrics and on court basketball drills.  Full Potential Academy LLC is committed to providing our customers with a high standard of excellence as well as opportunities to fulfill dreams and aspirations of playing on the next level.
